I think services generally charge based on the size of the yard and/or the time it takes to do the yard. Also, I think that they charge more for extras like removing leaves, mulching the flower beds and trimming along the walks. Some people may want the trimmed grass, but most do not. Some people may pay more for a “green” service, one that uses electric mowers, mulches the cuttings, etc. Me, I like the exercise.

here in Fl average cost for a 100′ by 150′ yard is 60.00 month for 4 cuts a month
