Wait a couple days then rake it up. Let it dry. That's all you can do.

I would follow my puppy with a Pooper scooper and stick it under her ****. Be quiet and care full not to bump the dog with the scooper. Pooping is kind of a private thing even for dogs, but she will get used to it.

Hey! I just got a new puppy too. The squishy **** turned out to be caused by a parasite. Lucky me - 2 pets for the price of one!

I am training my puppy to only go on the crushed rock near the drive way - he's pretty smart - he goes directly to that spot now when he has to go (it's only been 2 weeks of training). Anyway - it's easier to get the **** off the rock then scrap it out of the grass. Then I go out w/ the bag and collect all his deposits, I hose the area down once a week to eliminate any residual poo.
Maybe you could train him to go in one convenient place too - put down a couple of bags of stone or sand in the corner of the yard.
You might want to get his poo checked too - just in case he needs meds.

easiest way is to rinse it off the grass with a water hose. Pick it up with a plastic bag and toss it over the fence into your neighbor's yard.
